You already know what isn't working.
You've read the books. You understand your patterns. You can explain your anxiety, your reactions, your history — sometimes better than anyone in the room.
And yet. Here you are again.
That gap — between knowing and actually changing — is exactly where I work.

For nearly 30 years, I've sat with people at that edge. I started where most psychologists start: CBT, ACT, interpersonal therapy — approaches that make a lot of sense on paper. And they help. But I kept noticing something missing.
The brain was in the room. The body wasn't.
Now my work lives at the intersection of all three — body, brain, and breath — weaving cognitive and behavioural strategies together with somatic tools, nervous system knowledge, and parts work.
Not as a formula. As a living, collaborative process that's built around you.

You are not broken. You are patterned. And patterns can change.
